1. Can the rooms be customized?
Yes, our rooms are customizable. You can adjust the lighting colors, and we can display your logo as well. For more extensive customizations or questions please reach out to our booking concierge at hello@elitepodcaststudio.com for more assistance.
2. What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, so here’s our cancellation and rescheduling policy:
- More than 7 days before your session: Full refund (excluding processing fees).
- 7 days to 24 hours before your session: 50% refund (excluding processing fees).
- Less than 24 hours before your session: No refund available.
Rescheduling Requests:
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: A $50 rescheduling fee applies. The new session must be booked within 14 days.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: Treated as a cancellation with no refund.
Late Arrivals:
Arriving late will result in reduced studio time without a discount.
No Shows:
If you book a session and do not cancel or show up for your session it will be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
Studio-Initiated Cancellations:
If we ever need to cancel or reschedule your session, you’ll receive either a full refund or a complimentary reschedule with booking priority.

5. What is the timeline for delivering finished content?
The typical turnaround time for the initial draft is 72 hours. For each revision cycle, expect an additional 24 hours to process.

11. What is the parking situation at Elite Podcast Studios?
We’re conveniently located outside of the congested downtown area—no parking garages, no hassle. Our spacious private lot offers plenty of free parking, making arrival easy and stress-free for you and your guests.
12. What if I need more time than scheduled?
13. Can I tour the studio before booking a session?
Absolutely. We welcome you to schedule an in-person tour to experience the space for yourself. Prefer a virtual option? We can also send you a full video walkthrough so you know exactly what to expect before you book.
14. Can I arrive early to my podcast session?
We kindly ask that you arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled session to ensure a smooth transition between bookings and allow our team time to prepare the space just for you.
Please remember that other guests may be recording—enter quietly and respectfully to maintain a professional and distraction-free environment.
If you arrive earlier than 10 minutes or want to stay after your session, please feel free to enjoy our outdoor lounge area.
15. Can I schedule recurring bookings?
Yes, recurring bookings are available, but we’ll need to review the calendar in advance to ensure there are no scheduling conflicts. Reach out to our booking concierge, and we’ll do our best to lock in your preferred time slots.

18. What guidelines do I need to follow at Elite Podcast Studio?
To ensure a professional, clean, and enjoyable experience for all guests, we ask that you follow these studio guidelines:
Respect the space: You are responsible for any damage to the studio, equipment, furniture, or software during your session.
No personal recording gear: To maintain quality and consistency, all sessions must use our in-house equipment.
No glitter, confetti, or parties: These are strictly prohibited to protect the space and equipment.
No smoking or illegal drugs: These are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
No excessive alcohol consumption: You’re welcome to bring refreshments, but please keep it moderate and professional.
Be mindful of others: Keep voices low in shared areas to avoid disrupting neighboring recordings.
Clean up after yourself: Food and drinks are allowed, but please leave the space as you found it.
Minors must be supervised: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Bathrooms are available: Located in the front lobby, just outside the studio.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these guidelines. Thank you for helping us maintain a premium, professional environment.
19. Can I include a remote guest in my session?
Yes — remote guests are absolutely supported. Whether your guest joins over Zoom, Streamyard, Riverside.fm, or a similar platform, our team will integrate their audio and/or video feed seamlessly into your session. You can expect studio‑quality results, regardless of where your guest is located.
20. Do you offer a teleprompter?
Yes, it is provided at the time of booking as an add-on service.
21. Can I buy an external hard drive on site?
Yes, we keep 1-terabyte external hard drives available for purchase on-site. You can pick one up before or after your session to take your files with you quickly and conveniently.
22. Does the booking include editing? Can I get just the raw files?
Editing is included depending on the service package you choose. And yes, you can absolutely receive just the raw files—just make sure to bring your own external hard drive with sufficient storage, or you can purchase one from us.
23. Can I provide my own production team?
Our standard packages don’t typically include outside production teams. However, feel free to contact our booking concierge directly to discuss your specific needs and explore available options.
